Tracy Duan   Tracy Duan PMP, CBAP
President
Tracy Duan is a co-founder of CPMP. She has been devoted to serving at CPMP since 2005, with roles of Strategy Director, Public Relationship Director and President. Tracy developed the strategic plan as a non-profit organization, and with other BOD members, shaped the CPMP vision, mission and core values. Tracy strives to serve and help members in gaining PM knowledge and skills and advancing career development through organizing or assisting in professional events (seminars and workshops). She contributed to the formation of alliances with other professional organizations and PMI affiliates, and a sponsorship with Toronto City Hall, thus building a broader professional network and platform for CPMP members.
Tracy is a Sr. Project/Program manager in a bank with over 18 years' experience in project/program management and enterprise business analysis, and has successfully delivered numerous projects/programs of various scales in banking industry. Tracy is a certified Project Management Professional and a certified Business Analysis Professional.

Paula Zhao   Paula Zhao PMP, P. Eng.
Past President, Director
Paula is a licensed Professional Engineer. With the Electrical engineering background, Paula's professional career includes researching, teaching in university in China and twenty years working in analytical instrumentation industry in Canada, specialized in system engineering, architecture and project management.
Paula is one of the CPMP founders and has served CPMP as volunteer, board director, and president since then. Paula is passionate of project management and wants to share her knowledge and experiences with CPMP fellow members and all PM practitioners.

Juliet Bi   Juliet Bi PMP
Director
Juliet Bi takes the role of CPMP Director in Marketing and Communication. With her diverse professional backgrounds, she has led Strategy Plans Team 2010, and organized CPMP website new design and advertising materials new design projects.
Juliet Bi has 14 years experience in multiple industries, she is goal oriented and highly motivated to pursue excellence in business solutions. Her background includes Web-based Information Technology Solutions, Project Management, SAP Consulting, Educational Consulting and Co-operation, Investment and Immigration Consulting. Currently, Juliet is the president of Empower Future Consulting Inc. Before founded the company in 2009, she worked as project manager for School Finder Group which is top 1 Canadian educational web engine and Canadian education solution provider.

Kent Liu   Kent Liu PMP, CGA, CMA
Director
Kent Liu has more than 10 years project management experiences on building pricing and costing systems for many Canadian companies. He is currently working for Loomis Express Canada as Director of Pricing and Costing and Canpar Transportation Canada as Director of Revenue Management.
Kent is also a CMA and PMP. Kent has joined CPMP since 2007 and served the organization as Operation Director since 2008. Kent has shown his ˇ°fire in the bellyˇ± passions on contributing his time and energy organizing all CPMP events. Kent was also a speaker in June 2008 sharing his pricing and costing knowledge with all CPMP members. He was a project lead for the 2008 summer family event and 2009 CPMP Xmas party. Kent has been recognized by all CPMP members as truly value-added personnel to the organization.

Howard Huang   Howard Huang PMP, MBA
Past President, Director
Howard has been dedicated to build Project Management Profession community since he obtained PMP in 2005. He took role of the Director in Public Relationship of CPMP, involving the organization's strategic planning, hosting management meetings and coordinating the events. Howard has been enjoying the work in CPMP and plans to continue to actively devote himself to CPMP and grow the organization to a larger and more popular community, which will benefit many more Project Management Professionals.
Howard has over 10 years' project management experience, simultaneously managing multiple medium-size to large-scale projects across the functional teams and the vendors. Howard graduated from University of Toronto in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor in Computer Science.

Jet Chen   Jet Chen PMP
Director
Jet Chen is the instructor of the PMP course in Victoria College, specializes in project management improvement and enterprise infrastructure management improvement. In the past 12 years he has worked as project manager in several Canada's leading financial companies.
Jet is striving to contribute his experience and knowledge in project management to help more people to get personal growth. Jet, as the event organizer, worked with Victoria College and CPMP holding many successful PDU events. Jet also posted many project management related job openings to the CPMP group, and directly helped many people getting the dream job.
Jet will continue to assist CPMP to grow. Jet would like to lead the CPMP to become stronger and more valuable. He will work with other team members and devote to develop more beneficial events and activities; bring more financial benefits to CPMP members; help more people to get practical PM experience so they will have more confidence to obtain their dream job.

Jie Wang   Jie Wang PMP, Ph.D
Director
As an enthusiastic volunteer, Jie have been working for CPMP since it was setup in 2005. He is a senior consultant with 25 years' experience of R&D and information services. His areas cover from system analysis in government policy study, to enterprise application development in supply chain industries. Jie has long time project management experience in his career. He will continue to devote himself for building a professional community for Chinese Project Management practitioners where they can build their competence by integrating their knowledge, skills, experience and multi-culture background, to value this competency in project management area.

Cynthia Yeh   Cynthia Yeh PMP, MBA
Director
Cynthia is certified PMP. She is a Program Manager in health care industry with more than 8 years experience in project management. Cynthia provides project management leadership in a number of functions including strategic planning, financial budgeting, and process improvement. She is also responsible for consulting a variety of project stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met. Cynthia holds a Master.s degree in Business Administration.
Cynthia joined CPMPAC at the holiday party in 2010. She introduced the communication program to the association and orchestrated the development of the program. The program successfully delivered 5 workshops in 2011. Participants had been coached on how to overcome the barriers of communication, build the confidence in public speaking, dealing with difficult communication through in-class exercises. She is also a speaker at one the communication workshops. Cynthia is a strong advocate of project management and passionate to share her knowledge and experience with CPMP fellow members. She welcomes the opportunity to serve on the Board and hopes that members will enhance their project management careers through participation in CPMP activities.

Roy Zhou   Roy Zhou PMP
Director
Roy Zhou is an Enterprise Multi-tier application solution professional; a Encryption, Decryption, Certificate, EMV Security Algorithm professional; a Web Service, Web Game Professional; a Mobile device driver and GUI application professional; a Reporting Solution Professional; He is also a Commercial POS and Bank embedded POS software expert. Roy has over 12 years knowledge of SDLC to gain customer satisfaction by leading the projects. Especially has long time expertise in Electronic Payment Industry. Currently, Roy work as an independent consultant for the Bank of Nova Scotia. Previously, Roy has been working in SAP Canada, Fidelity (FIS).
As a certified PMP and an enthusiastic volunteer, Roy has contributed to CPMP community from time to time since join in the association in 2006. Roy designed and developed Meeting of Minds (2006-2007) CD for 2007 CPMP Christmas party, participated in 2010 CPMP Christmas party event organization and led the summer picnic joint event with CCFA, CCPAA in the fall of 2011. Roy has voluntarily helped with CPMP website maintenance since 2010 and will continue contribute himself to improve the CPMP website service to promote the CPMP network expansion.

YiDa Zhang   YiDa Zhang PMP
Director
Yida Zhang is one of the founders of CPMP, he had been very active in CPMP events since 2005. He had acted as director of Membership in 2009 and participated in organizing events and communicating with members. Yida is working as an IT professional and he has some gift in performing. He had been performing talking shows in almost all CPMP Christmas parties and recently started to play instruments, as well.

Amy Xu   Amy Xu PMP
Director
Amy Xu has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2008. She is also a member of the CPMP since 2009. Amy participated in the review and updating of the PMP Preparation course training material for the PMI SOC. She also facilitated one of the training sessions in 2009.
Amy is a results-driven IT professional with a proven track record in delivering quality solutions which increase productivity for customers. She is currently leading a large project team which is delivering innovative solutions which exceed customer expectations. Amy holds a master's degree in Software Engineering from TsingHua University of China.
Amy would like to give back to the PMP community and help other project management professionals with their career growth.
